Need Help Recovering From Cold/flu
Hi all, in recent years I've been getting struck pretty hard with cold/flu where it takes me up several weeks to fully recover. Typically lingering cough for several weeks.
I was sick both weekend days and then had to take 3 days off work and still recovering.
This tends to happen when I work out after not working out for a while. guessing my immune system gets compromised.
Any tips on helping recover faster and getting this cough to go away?
Also any tips for future to help maintain my immune system after a workout?
