follow-up to Kabibble's post - this is the recipe we use for Konjac Gel to make shirataki noodles or chunks. 


you can replace up to half the water with coconut milk to add fat and flavor, or infuse the water with seaweed for a fishy flavor and added nutrients (iodine, etc) - but i recommend only doing one or the other :P
