Omega-6 And Omega-3 Ratios

Hi, new to Bulletproof and still establishing my eating routine. Can you guys advise me? Realizing Omega-6s are inflammatory and compete for absorption pathways with Omega-3 etc, I want to aim for a good balance.

Is my logic concerning balancing out Omega-6 and Omega-3 flawed...? For example after researching Omega-6 and Omega-3 amounts in certain foods, if I ate in one day for example (and if I remained unaware of the Omega-6 issue this amount and type of food would be typical of my eating, I think):

2 oz olive oil containing 5.4g of Omega-6s

3 large eggs containing 1.5g of Omega-6s

2 tbsp coconut oil containing 0.5g Omega-6s

1 oz (22 kernals) almonds containing 3.5g Omega-6s

I'm up to 10.9g of Omega-6 for that day, and eating say 3oz of wild salmon would give me 1.7g Omega-3. This would give me a ratio of 6.4:1 Omega-6 to Omega-3....! A little over the ideal 4:1 or below.

Anyway, not that I'm going to be over perfectionistic about it, but is this logic for considering Omega-6 and Omega-3 balance valid?
