Brand New To Nootropics. Need Some Help. Brain Fog/depression.

Hey guys, 

Just getting into the world of nootropics and would need some advice and suggestions. 

I'm battling some really bad brain fog and lack of focus brought on by pretty severe depression. 

My diet, exercise and vitamin supplements are pretty much on point. They have helped me a lot  but I'm need more. My brain is just not working optimally right now. 

What do you think of taking the following?

Ashwagandha: 800mg 

B Complexe vitamin

Ginseng Complexe 




Before Bed: 

  • Magnesium citrate: 450mg
  • Holy Basil: 300mg
  • L-Theanine: 200mg
