Had some blood test done and my liver came back "fatty liver" last test showed 97, this time 134 refer range at top end is 115. Can bpc and diet reverse this or should I stop drinking the BPC ?
All I know is that two of the most common causes of fatty liver are fructose and alcohol. Bullet proof coffee is about as far as you can get away from those things. I would work closely with a functional medicine doctor, though, as health is not a gamble.
Supplement with liver supporting supplements like vitamine E, NAC and milk thistle.
