How Often Do You Eat Fish?
I've been trying to eat more fish recently. I don't supplement with fish or krill oil, but want to make sure I'm getting ample O3. My intake is either a can of sardines or salmon daily, always wild-caught and without any unsightly additives. I imagine fresh would be better, but it's more expensive around here and I don't always have time to prepare it.
What about the rest of you? How often do you eat fish? What kinds? How much of it, and in what form (canned/frozen/fresh)?
Also, do you guys think there's any issue with consuming tinned sardines on the regular like this? I've done some reading, but the best I've been able to come up with is "Uhh, canned sardines are probably a pretty good thing to eat."
