Sleep Cycle App Correlations

Apologies if this has been posted before but have folks on here shared their Sleep Cycle correlations yet? In other words, what variable lead to better or worse sleep quality on the Sleep Cycle app. I'll get this started by posting mine so far:


Melatonin (1 mg before bed) - 2% increase

Sleep induction (acupressure) mat - 1% increase

2 (or more) alcoholic drinks - 6% decrease


I've only been using Sleep Cycle for about two months but the ability to have "hard evidence" that sleep improves or worsens with different factors is really exciting.


I'd love to know what others are seeing.
