Bp Day #3 - Poop Is Green?

I've been following the BP Diet for 3 days and my poop tonight was solid and GREEN. Is there a reason why?


 


I'm 20/M, generally healthy, and not over-weight. I've been pissing alot, feeling light-headed, buzzy, and drained on-and-off throughout the day, but right now I'm feeling great.


 


What I've been eating for the last 3 days:


 


Breakfast:


  • 2 tbsp BP Upgraded Coffee
  • 250ml Hot Water
  • 2-3 tbsp Grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp BP XCT Oil
  • Supplements (B-complex, 1000mg Vit C, 300mg magnesium, 1000UI Vit D)

Lunch:


  • 3 eggs
  • spinach
  • cucumber
  • brocolli
  • peanuts/almonds
  • cauliflower
  • a pinch of pink salt and parsley

Dinner:


  • Same as lunch (really need to get me some dark chocolate and beef!)
