Maintain Weight On Bp Diet

Hi everyone,


New to the forums but have done Bulletproof the last two years for 2-3 months in the spring/summer. 


Curious for input...


I love how Bulletproof helps me lean out but it can get to a point where I lose too much weight. I am lifting 6 days/wk. Does anyone have suggestions for how to maintain my weight but still remain lean?


I feel like if i eat too much in my eating window (12-7pm) it will put me out of ketosis. Even if the meals are BP compliant. 


Any thoughts are welcome.
