Cannot Fall Asleep, Feel Like Highly Anxious
I am 10 days into BP with IF. I have always done low carb, more protein as I have celiac, just switched things up to follow protocol, already take the 10 recommended supplements. However my sleep is worse or NOT EXISTENT now, very irritable now.
I take my salt water before getting out of bed, on my night stand, I then have my BP coffee xct oil with kerrygold. I have one at 6am and one at 10am, (and I am hungry but prepared) At noon Glut. Force since no more coffee and food is not for 2 more hours. Then I eat a huge salad with either salmon or gf beef, avacado and homemade acv dressing, I bought the cook book. 2pm L Glutamine.
I am hungry from lunch til dinner and I don't think munching on celery and cucumbers is bad (mostly water and I suffer with water retention since a child) Dinner is GF lamb or salmon cooked in glassware according to directions with side of green beans loaded with salt and butter.
7pm organic berries 1/2 cup. Done.....
Night supplements Nat. Calm. I get sleepy as I take it at 9. Go to bed around 9:30. All devices shut off at 8pm - normal habit
It is like I get this rise in energy as opposed to decrease in energy and ready to sleep in my darkened room...every little light is covered since before BP......I believe this is ADRENAL BURNOUT and I went for annual physical in April, oh you need to lose 15 lbs your cholesterol is up, but glucose perfect 82...they know nothing about adrenal burnout..
I am wasting days...today is like a hangover. And I have suffered with Restless Legs since age 12. I have Celiac Disease, and I am 17 yrs female cancer free and have no female repro organs. I take bio-identical testostorone cream, very low dose and bio-identical progresterone, dhea and pregnenelone all at 8am.
I don't want to have this spare tire, sleepless, exhaused, foggy brain, body.................I thought that BP was the tweak I needed to help get ME back...................any suggestions....SLEEPLESS in FLORIDA
stats 5 ft 3, 135 (was 120 until 5 yrs ago) cant lose lb or inch no matter exercise or not, right now I am not exercising.
