I'm Doing This Just For The Weight Loss, I'm Okay With A Little Fuzzyness

Hello fellow bulletproofers,


 


This is going to sound terrible, but I just wanted to know if eating tomatoes, bell peppers and the occasional eggplant will have an adverse effect on weight loss (of course I would count my carbs still) - the thing is I think these things have always been a huge part of my diet and it is the only thing I miss and struggle with when doing my bullet proof.
