I reviewed the Bulletproof article about Intermitent Fasting:



and it has brought up a question.  Does the introduction of Fat in the BP coffee really NOT trigger the body into thinking you have broken the fast?

Is there any evidence of this?


I am experimenting with IF per the Testshock protocol to increase testosterone levels, and according to Anabolicmen.com, your testosterone levels plummet whenever you eat.
