I'm 15 years old and I have been BP for about 2 months. I'm having problems sleeping at night. At night I feel like I have more energy then during the day. I turn off all tech at around 8pm and just sit in my room in the dark. I can't fall asleep and I don't feel tired. I'm low carb and high fat. I eat about two meals that have either fish, gf meat or poultry with half of my plate being veggies and some sort of fat like half an avocado. I think that not being able to fall asleep is the result of high cortisol in the night. Im not sure how to reduce cortisol so I can sleep. I've also suffered from adrenal fatigue and am recovering from that, so I really need to sleep. What should I do?
