Blending Veggies Like Spinach Etc Vs Cooking

Hi there,


 


I've been enjoying blending a concoction of:


 


- Spinach


- Avocado


- Celery


- Ginger


- Broccoli 


- Sometimes sprouts


- Cucumber


 


With juice from a lemon for flavor.. Still it's a bit hard to go down but I drink it while eating blueberries / blackberries.  Kinda works.


 


Now I'm reading all this material about oxalates ..  Saying I should cook my veggies.  Really reluctant to because of time factors.


 


Can I solve this problem by blending a calcium pill with everything? Any other solutions?


 


Just when I thought I was on to something!! :)
