Going Bulletproof In Germany, How Is European Food Different?

Hello everybody,


I just seen a lot of Dave's talks and read many articles on this blog. Most of it seems well researched and it makes sense to me, so I have started today.

In some talks Dave mentioned that the toxins are stricter regulated in Europe than in the USA, I think he mentioned wine, coffee and wheat. Is there anyway I can find out which food has appropriate regulations without researching every single one. We don't have organic here but something called "bio", many studies were published that it has no health benefit and it's very expensive. 

My main concern is the price, I am student of chemistry and develop a own learning-software in my spare time, so I am low on time and money ;)
