Optimal Diet And Workout For Tennis Player

Hi,


 


I am a male, 5 ft 10 in, 150lbs. I play tennis in college and am looking to add muscle and get a stronger physique. I follow the BP diet with a cyclical ketogenic approach. I was wondering if anyone had any workout recommendations to gain muscle? Also any dietary supplements/strategies that others may recommend?
