How Much Fat And Protein Per Day (More Or Less)?
i know it is different for everyone and that no one can tell you. but if someone can give me some decent assessment of how much grams of fat and protein i should eat, i would appreciate it .
i am male, 68 kilos (150 pounds) and i dont exercise almost at all (but i walk at least 1,5 hours a day)
what do you think?
