Motivation to Self-Tracking
since two months I track my activities like steps, kilometers, calories burned and my sleep. It is really interesting to observe myself and I realized how much my behavior changed. Is it the same for you?
As I am really curious about this self-tracking issue I decided to write my master thesis about of self-tracking. I designed a survey to gain some scientific insights. It would be awesome if you could participate to help me with my thesis.
