Whey+ Collagen in morning BPC
I'm pretty new to all this, and I tried searching to see if I could find an answer. So I apologize if this has been covered and I missed it.
I'm pretty active, and typically start the day with a fairly intense morning workout of heavy lifting. I was wondering if it made sense to add whey and collagen powders to my bullet proof coffee every morning before working out? I know there are issues with high heat and whey, so I thought I could cool it down a bit first before blending everything together. Any other thoughts or alternatives if whey+collagen isn't advisable?
