I'll be travelling to Hawaii on a 12 hour flight with a 6 hour time difference. I am a horrible sleeper and worried about my adjustment to the time change.
Any tips woudl be appreciated.

Touch the earth for 30 minutes upon landing.
Buy some melatonin or other sleeping pills to help you fall asleep. If you have any normal routines to get to sleep then use those. If anything you could stay up the entire night and day so you'll be too tired to not sleep!
