Ghee Staying on Top

Hi! For the last week or so since I found out about BPC I've been using grass-fed butter. Yesterday my ghee finally came and I used it this morning and it's very weird. After I blend it for a very long time it's staying on top of the coffee and the coffee didn't get that nice foam or anything on top. It also seems like it's keeping the grounds from settling too. Those are all at the top as well. Any thoughts?
