Supps. for 'pulled muscle' tendency?

I have a friend that's bothered by often getting a pulled muscle when he's doing sports.
What would be the first 3 go-to supplements to help with that?

  1. Magnesium
  2. Collagen
  3. Omega 3



  • I'd agree with your first two...

    But first make sure the diet is in-check.
    If it's bulletproof i wouldn't supplement Omega3 personally.
