Measuring out Cacao

If I wanted to follow the directions and use 1 tablespoon, what are some recommendations for measuring that out? Do you shave the cacao and add the shavings to a tablespoon? I'm guessing using a food processor wouldn't be recommended?

    BTW, are you using cacoa butter instead of dairy butter or as an alternative?

  • I don't measure out my cacao butter, I just drop a chunk in my coffee. It tastes so good! I think I'm going to start brewing matcha tea; I read (on this forum, in fact) that the cacao goes well with matcha.
