What meat to bring for lunch at the office?
everyday i bring a cooked (grass-fed) pound of ground beef, usually with vegetables/rice/yam, and eat it around 2pm, then have some more of it for dinner around 7pm (i leave late). it's cold by 2pm from sitting in my glass tupper-ware container all day (so isn't the most appetizing)- is that okay? how bad is it if not? i obviously can't cook anything at the office, and am curious what most people who bring lunch do. i usually work until 8pm and thus have to have dinner at work. since i can't have dinner at home, i can't just do a salad etc. for lunch.
