Unbelievable amounts of gas on the BP diet
So I started the BP diet again in full on Friday.
My diet has been this:
Breakfast: BP tea w/ coconut oil and Brain Octane (1 tsp)
Lunch: Smoked salmon w/ coconut oil
Dinner: Wild Salmon, white rice/butternut squash/sweet potato, loads of veggies
Snack: Raw Honey
Really, I already ate all these things daily except butternut squash, sweet potato, honey and Brain Octane.
Is it really the squash, sweet potato, or honey that is causing the gas? Perhaps it's the Brain Octane killing critters in my gut?
Holy moly my stomach is gurgling constantly and the gas is endless!!
