Measuring Inflammation

I really like the research oriented attitude that I see here, and I agree with some of the materials that I see on the blog.

I use & to measure the nutrients in my diet, but I'm looking to analyze my diet from an inflammation standpoint. All I've been able to find are "rules of thumb" that indicate good and bad foods, but nothing quantifiable. Are there any websites or resources that would allow me to measure the inflammation qualities of a given diet?
