Thoughts of anyone who has experienced a plateau of fat loss on the bulletproof diet
Hey y'all. I'm a 200 lb male who is maybe like 12% body fat, so lean but no visible abs. I have been on the bulletproof diet for about 12 weeks now and love the cognitive effect but was hoping for a leaner mid section. I eat like 99% green foods on the bulletproof roadmap, do intermittent fasting every day, and weight train 2-3 times a week with heavy weights and HIIT and take the following supplements: fish oil, spirulina, vitamin D3, folate, B-12. What do you guys think I could change?
