Bulletproof coffee after working out

I have been having BPC for a while now, but I can't eat before working out because it makes me nauseous. I usually workout in the morning on an empty stomach then have a BPC when I get back. What are people's thoughts on working out on an empty stomach and having BPC after? Also, I know a lot of people say you should have protein after doing weights, so should I add collagen to my coffee? or will that ruin ketosis? Any help or advice would be great!

    Depends on what your training goals are and what your training type is. But at the very least, protein is a good idea.

  • if muscle gain is important to you then protein after your workout is pretty much a must.
