How do you know if you adrenal fatigue? Once you determine you do, how does BPC effect it. Also, can Intermittent Fasting negatively affect healing adrenal fatigue.
This question has been answered a gazillion of times in the forums, on the podcast and maybe even the blog. I assume you have not tried looking for it and suggest you do it.
You find out by checking your cortisol over the day. If your cortisol is normal your adrenals are normal. There are plenty of reasons why they can be broken and coffee as a roo cause is highly unlikely. Caffeine influences cortisol short term by giving it a little boost.
Dave suggests not drinking coffee in sever causes of AF.
Personally I assume that it's also influenced by how you personally can handle caffeine.
May you be well, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be loved.
