hi, do you have any idea how it can figured it out FOR SURE if a food can be safely consumed? here is the thing: intolerance test says my immune system reacts at cow's milk, it says "strongly positive". So, i would like to test it for myself, knowing though that the body's response is not that faster as it should be sometimes. So i crave for butter but i am not allowed to eat it. (i know that ghee is the plane B but butter has is place.) In a nutshell: when you had any doubt about something what have you done?
