Sherry On The Bulletproof Diet?
Just wondering about this. I know that Dave says that you might be able to tolerate red wine or white wine on the bulletproof diet. What about sherry? I know that sherry is oxidized, so I have some doubt, but I really would like to try it. I've taken his basic stew recipe and turned it into a curry, but I'm thinking that I could probably turn it into an easy beef stroganoff recipe (sans mushrooms). But my beef stroganoff has a little sherry in it, which adds a big flavor.
So, anyone know anything about sherry on bulletproof?
