hearts

Hearts are my favorite organ meat, I really like the texture. it is ideal imo. I usually just stick it in the oven though. Any bp recipes for hearts, beef, lamb, chicken, whatever.

  • No special recipe, but because it is a strong and a hard muscle I think that it would be best in a soup, splittet in small peaces
