Anyone interested in starting an email support group?

I am doing the Bulletproof IF protocol, weight training, and walking 2 miles a day. I am overweight, but have muscle, as I used to be a personal trainer and have done a lot of strength training. Looking to create a nice community of chicks who can email each other for support, recipes, strength training or cardio info/questions, and support/accountability. Any takers?


  • Hi, just reading posts as I am re-starting the Bulletproof IF protocol, been trying too many ketogenic plans and now feel like I have "information overload". I am a marathon runner, I would love to lose 30 lbs to get me running awesome...I have had a break from running and start back on Friday and weight training with a PT on Monday. I would love to be part of your email community.......
