Broccoli sprouts during RFLP?
I'm about to re-feed for the first time on my attempt with the rapid fat loss protocol. So far it's going pretty well, i can feel and see positive changes happening.
My question is though about broccoli sprouts during the protocol. I watched the joe rogan podcast with Dr Rhonda Patrick and she was telling some awesome things about eating broccoli sprouts. I've sprouted some and I'm wondering if it's okay to eat them during the RFLP. I suppose it's fine on refeed days, but what about the rest of the fasting week? Would they be helping or disrupting the process?
