Tell me your best high-calorie recipes for a monster shake (made in blander or nutribullet (I'm willing to buy one ))
I've just quit eating wheat and I'm loosing weight.
When I was playing around with high calorie shakes, I would often do one with 4oz heavy cream, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop hydrolyzed collagen, a couple oz macadamia nuts, a tablespoon or two of cacao, and stevia to taste. I think this drink is around 1100 calories or so. You can drink it while eating a meal if you want to go nuts. (I should also note, my cholesterol has never tested higher -- particularly LDL-P than during this time.)
I will skip the whey but add 3-4 raw eggs. Tell me more about the cacao and the heavy cream. Is tbs of coconut oil and olive oil enough? What do you think?
