morning coherence

I have an extremely hard time getting into coherence first thing in the morning, using the inner Balance. I try all types of breathing, but I remain in the red most of the time. A lot easier in the afternoon. Do others have this experience?

  • i am the opposite, usually I can get into coherence first thing in the morning. I have played with it and just let it run when I am doing different things. I tend to have a hard time right after eating. When I am in the "zone" I can really stay coherent. When I am not in the zone it doesn't matter what i do it isn't happening. That said, the more I practice the easier it is to achieve coherence consistently. The military is specifically training their sharp shooters to maintain coherence with a heart rate of 120+. I've got a lot of practicing to do for that.
