I just started going to the sauna on a regular basis and I have two questions.
1) Is a dry sauna as beneficial as an infrared sauna?
2) I don't seem to sweat very much, even after 30 minutes. I only seem to get a bit of sweat on my forehead, and back. Most people in their have sweat all over their arms...but that never happens to me. I have always had issues with my skin (my biggest health issue). It is not excema or psoriasis, just extremely dry, itchy, sensitive skin that feels kinda thick (if that makes sense). Is it normal to barely sweat in the sauna?
This forum already brings a lot of benefits, it's great!
