Kombucha

I think I have read every post that mentions "Kombucha"! As I have understood from the Books, Fermentation is bad! But everything I read about Kombucha is that it is great for probiotic growth!

Questions: Does it grow the right probiotics? Is Kombucha good for a bulletproof lifestyle?

Here are the probiotics found in most kombuchas.

Gluconacetobacter (>85 percent in most samples)
    Acetobacter (<2 percent)
Lactobacillus (up to 30 percent in some samples)
    Zygosaccharomyces (>95 percent)

It is very easy to make if you want it to be affordable and if you can handle how the SCOBY looks. (Just google image it if you aren't familiar with what it looks like). I would assume it is friendly with bulletproof as it is fermented tea and just requires some sugar to feed everything. It is very low in sugar and has so many health benefits. I enjoy drinking it where I can't handle ACV.
