Dark Chocolate anyone?

When I saw that 1 block of dark chocolate is recommended daily, I knew this program was for _MEE! _ However, I read in the "21-day Memory Repair Protocol" book, it says dark chocolate made with coconut oil and natural sugars is even better for you; 1) is there someplace you can purchase it, or 2) even better, is there a recipe for that?

    I wouldn't bother. Eat dark chocolate with around 80-90% cacao. Then use coconut oil in other recipes.
    Leave the 'natural sugars' for someone else.

    I found with coconut oil / most fats added to cacao it was a pain to get it to set, where I'd usually have to keep them in the freezer.

    Eating evolved has a half decent 100% bar with coconut flakes, but it's pretty boring. Madecasse has a really bright and acidic 100%.

    Hazelnuts tossed in cacao is pretty awesome from a MUFA:PUFA:SFA / polyphenol / deliciousness stance. You can really stretch an 85% out this way, but it's addictive stuff.
