How's my bulletproof meal plan?

Hi everyone - I was just wondering if I could get your opinion on my BP diet. I’d appreciate overall thoughts, tweaks, or ideas on what else I could incorporate.

*This is operating on a (very) low income…

Overall:
Fat: 170 g
Protein: 72 g
Carbs: 16 g

Breakfast:
BP (85 g of Fat)
Water (Tsp of Salt)

Lunch:
BP (85 g of Fat)
Shake (24 g of Grass-fed Whey Protein w Super Green Powder)

Dinner:
Spinach (16 Carbs, 10 g of Coconut Oil)
Shake (24 g of Grass-fed Whey Protein)
4 Eggs (20 g of Fat, 24 g of Protein)
Peppermint Tea…

*I have the occasional nibble of pickled herring, wilted spinach, or salmon fillet as a snack
