Bulletproof Coffee As A Post-Workout Meal


I usually run a 5k first thing in the morning (6 am) followed by meditation and breakfast. I usually eat half a banana and a handful of nuts before my run for fuel. I was wondering if I could drink BPC as a post-workout meal instead of breakfast (and delay breakfast till 11-12) would that have the same benefits as drinking it on an empty stomach? If not, is there a recommendation for people who workout early?

In other words, for someone who follows a half ketosis diet (therefore, not always in ketosis state) would it be wise to consume BPC for its fat content instead of carbs/protein to recover your body's glycogen stores?
