Hey all, I'm on day 3 of the bp rapid fat loss protocol and feeling really weak and hangry; should I stop?
In my experience this is common. Drink more water, take your time, keep going! The body isn't all that keen on changing, but it will!

I, too, was doing well until day 3.i caved and had two eggs scrambled with butter. My blood sugar was way too low and felt instantly better after the eggs. Have I caused myself to lose any progress? I was only drinking two cups of BP coffee all day and just read I could have more..going to try that tomorrow!
