How much protein on weight lifting days? How do you handle protein?

Hello everyone,

My name is Jean-Francois from Montreal, Canada. I'm on Headstrong since a month or two and I like it. To tell the truth, I think I see some results but I'm not in the perpetual Nirvana I looking for. Still can't choke people from a distance, but I'm working at it. I hope it happens before Dave hits 180 cough.

Anyways, I did not find an answer to the question I have, which surprised me: How do you handle protein?

Here's what I do: Muscle maintenance levels everyday except for protein fast obviously. On weight lifting days, I take a bit extra before and after lifting.

On interval training day, I don't change my diet.

Does this seem right to you?
