ketosis and using collagen protein in BP coffee
Will the added collagen prevent ketosis and its health benefits? My adrenals aren't yet up to long stretches without food or protein but I want to lose a little weight. I'm already eating bulletproof. I can go from 6 pm to ~ 8 or 9 in the morning without food but can't really fast during the day. I'm in perimenopause, treating Lyme disease, and at the VIP stage for mold if anyone is familiar with Shoemakers stages.
I really want to lose a little weight. I've been slowly gaining a little weight as I'm getting healthy but now it's moved beyond a good type of weight gain. I'm about to turn 50 and i want to stop this trend now before its gets bad. I only drink decaf BP coffee. Thanks!
