Beginner Cravings...

Hi All,

So, first time post... my wife and I just recently started on the BP diet. We started Friday with the coffee, but not changing any food... Then, starting Monday, I started cooking the basic 7 day plan that's on the recipe.

We find ourselves pretty hungry, especially around 4pm through evening... I'm only about 1/2 way through the book, and haven't really gotten to the actual "food" part yet.... any suggestions for easing the snacking craving?
