Does anyone have any recommendations for things to add with beef liver for cooking? I've seen lots of recipes with onion or other nightshades, does anyone have anything else they like?
I thaw my liver slightly and then cut into strips like that of stir fry . I soak my liver strips in coconut milk and low-sodium soy sauce overnight. I drain next day and pat with a paper towel and add to a frying pan or wok with sesame oil or extra-virgin olive oil . Fry this up and then add julienned red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, purple cabbage and onion and one small head of bok choy ! It is amazingly delicious !!
