Long-time BP collagen user here. Please explain to me why I shouldn't switch to marine collagen.
BP's hydrolyzed bovine collagen is fantastic (been using it daily for 3 years!) but it only contains Type 1 collagen. This marine collagen supplement is also hydrolyzed and contains both Type 1 & 2 collagen. Would someone please explain to me why I should remain on BP collagen and not switch to marine collagen. I'm not concerned about differences in price, only what is best for my body.
My initial thoughts are maybe that marine collagen might contain a higher amount of histamine but my knowledge in this area is lacking and I really have no idea if that would be a valid concern.
