I'm brand new. I'm an older first time mom and have went from working out 5-6 days a week to very rarely. I'm 3 yrs in and getting in worse shape. Etc. I bought the brain octane oil and put it in my protein shake in the morning and I'm my salads at lunch. I don't eat a ton of carbs but probably more than the diet. Will I see any benefit from what I'm doing or do I need to really up the fat and cut the carbs? Where should I start. Thanks.
