I'm brand new. I'm an older first time mom and have went from working out 5-6 days a week to very rarely. I'm 3 yrs in and getting in worse shape. Etc. I bought the brain octane oil and put it in my protein shake in the morning and I'm my salads at lunch. I don't eat a ton of carbs but probably more than the diet. Will I see any benefit from what I'm doing or do I need to really up the fat and cut the carbs? Where should I start. Thanks.

    First try monitoring how much you eat of all macros, then you can see the effect of the changes you make to it. Actually by adding the oil, you increased the calories you are taking in, you got to calculate that into the equation.

    It doesn't get easier... It's you who gets better.

    I am new myself the thing is am trying fasting the two weeks but i am getting hungry around 11am though. Us there any recomendation or it's normal the first 5 days.

  • How long are you supposed to fast? How many hours? Does the fast include the oil?
