How to start supplementing?

I really hate taking pills of any kind. I've been eating purely bulletproof for two weeks now and most of the time I feel great. I've noticed though a couple times getting home from work I'm SO mentally fatigued. Is this common? Do I have to add supplements? If I could just start with a couple, which ones would be the most important?

    You start by going to your doc and getting a full blood panel to see if you are deficient in something and going from there.

    Then you do specific sups for specific reasons and see how that works.

    If you are not eating carbs right now, then that's why you are feeling mentally fatigued - you haven't switched to full, efficient keto yet.
