Breakfast Smoothie Or Disgusting Mess

For the last several months I have been putting the ingredients listed below into a Blendtec blender at warp 9 and drinking the results nearly every morning as breakfast. I came up with the recipe over the course of a year based on reading nutrition books and thinking “I guess this is healthy, I’ll put it in.” I am in the best shape of my life right now, but I’m sure my recipe could be improved.



If anyone can give me feedback on their thoughts regarding this concoction I would be appreciative. For example, “don’t use X because it is such and such,” or “you need more of Y,” or “make sure Z comes from so and so,” and “maybe consider adding some G and so forth.” Thanks.



4 Raw Eggs (I have my own pastured chickens)

1/2tsp Himalayan salt

1tsp Gelatin

1tbsp Cocoa powder

2tbsp Almond Butter

1/8tsp Cinnamon

1/2tsp Chia seeds

1/2tsp Lecithin non GMO

1/2tsp Maca powder

1tbsp Kerrygold Butter

1tbsp Coconut oil

1tsp L Glutamine Powder

2tsp Creatine Powder

1 Banana

2tbsp Upgraded Whey

2cups Coconut Milk
